Great job with the SkyTrain and getting the construction schedule accelerated on Phase 2. It would be great to add to Phase 3 an extension from the Rental Car Center to the 24th Street station. Hear me out: Traveling from downtown Phoenix to the airport via transit takes forever since you have to go all the way to 44th street, then back down and back west to the terminals. CORRECTION: Having a **16th Street*** station just makes sense.
