It would be wonderful to see some development down Van Buren. There are so many prostitutes, homeless or just random people hanging out at the buss stops or in front of the run down hotels. Would love to see this area clean up all the way down van buren. Excited to see the new Lofts at 10 On 21st Street and Van Buren developing. How do we get more companies/business to invest here? I think the city needs to help make it attractive to do so. Grants? Incentives to Build? Landscaping? Please help us who live/invest in this area.
