I would suggest the improvement of the Grand Canal is carried North past Thomas Street. 24th Street from Sky Harbor to Biltmore , mostly McDowell to Indian School is in dire need of revitalization, including Bus structures, lighting , landscaping and the enforcement of business to comply with sign laws, removal of graffiti ect. Since 24th is a major thoroughfare from the airport I think we should look into improvement .
