I love the cross-section. But keep in mind that such a project can't exist as an island unto itself. We need to provide bike/ped access to it A) BETWEEN its TERMINI, B) BEYOND its TERMINI, and C) ACROSS the ARTERIAL STREETS that it crosses. We need to think 'one step beyond' -- when we build it (and they come) how to get people safely to and from it.
