Add Verandas over sidewalks and Gazebos in squares with louvered roofs. While closed, the structures provide maximum shade, but can be louvered open to allow sun in Fall/Winter/Spring. These structures will also provide inventive use of lighting fixtures that will reduce our skyward nighttime glare.
