This is one neighborhood from which I expect great things in years to come. It is uniquely positioned between the light rail corridor, the downtown CBD, and several hospitals (Good Samaritan, St. Luke, Maricopa, and so on). There are so many interesting historic buildings and attractive modern developments in Garfield, which I expect to grow even more interesting.
