This complex built in the '90s embodies the revitalization of the southern section of Historic Roosevelt Neighborhood and has living profitable ground floor retail - two cafes, three restaurants, a hair salon, dry cleaners and design firms numbered among them. It kept what was good in its footprint - several large buildings from the early 20th Century along its edges. It greets Light Rail travelers as they alight from the train at Roosevelt and Central stop. |
