With more and more people riding light rail, it's important to provide the best possible customer service experience. So what about a smart phone app that tracks light rail trains in real time to minimize wait times (sometimes in the searing heat)? Per Nick Bastian of Rail Life, "Without a doubt, riders want good ways to know where the trains and busses are. They want Walk Score data. They want to be transit geeks."
