It's difficult to improve on a system when it only has one line. Therefore, the Light Rail Corridor must become a Light Rail System. Let's put all our energy into additional lines that will inhance the usefulness of our current corridor. The interconnectedness of different areas of the city will bring continual vibrance to the existing light rail corridor, creating greater urban synergy. In other words, an expanding system will naturally enhance the existing corridor. Let's allow the corridors themselves to grow organically. Encouraging growth by improving one line has its limitations.
