We need a fare card that we can use on the light rail and bus that allows us to add money to it as a pay-per-ride card, similar to the MetroCard in New York or the Charlie Card in Boston. We could have several card readers at each station that would deduct the fare and add a transfer to the card for the bus for another rail line (in the future).
