I think Phoenix needs at the Airport and Downtown, Steel Indian School Park a 45 foot tilted at an angle PHOENIX as a hedge with LED lights that look like fire then to white green and orange. It would great because it's US, it's also a civic pride project.. and it's made of dirt and can be dissassembled. It also has special effects.
