We should anchor the city's Rio Salado rehab area with an impressive sustainably-built mix of affordable residential, office space, and neighborhood retail services. With the light rail planned for this corridor, where we already have wonderful hiking/biking trails and a natural riparian habitat, this is an ideal location to focus on infill redevelopment and connectivity. As a central theme in this development, we should focus on revitalization and include co-working/incubator |
