East of 7th Ave on the Camelback Rd. light rail alignment, there is a shallow stretch of frontage. What if the city were to partner with the local eco-design community to create a vibrant strip of spaces made out of shipping containers or other sustainable building materials. It could serve as a demonstration project for other small sustainable development throughout the city.
