It's nice to think of entertainment/shopping/hospitality destinations at LR stops, but what about practical needs? People need conveniently located doctors' offices, dentists, urgent care, groceries, quick grocery markets, prescriptions, banks/ATM's, FedEx/UPS stores, dry cleaners, etc.
