So many business locations have tacky or ugly signage. Ex: Tire Shops- Super Bright yellow tires with hand painted letters. Can we make a requirement for professional signage? If you drive up and down Thomas or Indian School from Central to 40th Street the feel of the area changes so much just by the way the exteriors of business look and their signage. Cant we require more out of business store fronts? Ex: 7 Eleven on the corner of 20th Street and Indian School looks like a dump. Landscape, pots with plants, non distracting colors.... something?
