During my Junior summer of 1959 I invented a turbojet engine snow blower for the New York Central Railroad Research Lab in the Collingwoods Yard in Cleveland. It went into production.

So with the world's leader in small gas turbines in our own Honeywell Aerospace, why no be the first city to use a turbofan jet dust blower.
