Businesses that "get it," such as the Hotel Palomar offering its guests alternative transportation to check out the sights downtown.
Community groups that engage youth in "getting things done," like fixing up a pocket park.
A growing interest in our city's heritage. While there have been significant bumps along the way, progress is being made.
