This would be a well used spot at Giant Coffee, near CVS, a Quality Inn and Arizona School for the Arts. This is also across the street from the Phoenix Art Museum and very near to the Burton Barr Library, so would work quite well in conjunction with bike share stations in those locations to keep bikes in rotation.
