In this area is Cibo, Rio Salado College, Children First Academy and a lot of residential. This intersects the 5th Avenue and Fillmore bike routes and is two blocks from the 3rd Avenue bike lane. Many people would use this kiosk for it's access to Cibo and area residents would find a kiosk here useful for transportation to and from the light rail, Grand Avenue, Hance Park, Roosevelt Row and many points downtown.
