The intersection of Roosevelt, Grand, and 15th Avenue is key to the continuing revitalization of the Lower Grand Avenue Arts and Small Business District. The Oasis on Grand artist live/work space might be a good location for a bike share kiosk (linking a similar kiosk at Central and Roosevelt).
