The original China Chili was a tiny restaurant on Central Avenue in Midtown. It received raved reviews, but the building had to be demolished for light rail construction. The restaurant reopened soon after in a new, much larger location and continues to serve excellent Chinese food today. The current location is on 3rd St. just south of Osborn, still within walking distance of light rail.
