As we embark on this latest planing exercise that is ReinventPHX, I wanted to express how imperative it is that ReinventPHX should strive to Reinvent Phoenix, it should't reinvent the already developed concepts and language embodied in Chapter 12 (Downtown Code). We should build ReinventPHX from the framework that already exists the form based code. ie don't reinvent the wheel and create a brand new third set of development standards in the zoning ordinance.
