There aren't enough stations along the light rail to make accessing a "favorite" convenient. It is also a non-starter to promote development and walk-friendly businesses along the light rail because the stations are so far away from each other. Corner properties at the stops are already too expensive so re-purposing and re-tenanting will not pencil out. I wish it were different.
