I think we should have some easily recognizable (bright orange) public bikes available for use. They should be either free or extremely cheap and have racks or some sort of electronic kiosk at each light rail station (or every few) to pick up or drop of the bikes. I think this would make Phoenix more bike friendly and improve transportation around the city.
