One can pleasantly walk between Light Rail stops Heard Museum and Phoenix Art Museum [oops - Encanto Boulevard and McDowell Road.
So many interesting places to stop and enjoy the water features, plaza features, hidden delights of covered parking, and oddball developer conceits - just what makes walking a city interesting!
