The Planning and Development Department has updated the TOD Policy Plans and they are ready for your review. The DRAFT Reinvent PHX Gateway, Eastlake-Garfield, Midtown, Uptown, and Solano TOD Policy Plans are included in the links below. They are in two formats, 8.5"X11" and 11"X17".
