As part of the Reinvent Phx project scope of work, a new urban and transit-oriented zoning code called the Walkable Urban Code (WU Code) is being created along the Light Rail Corridor (currently zoned TOD-1 and TOD-2), covering five districts: Gateway, Eastlake-Garfield, Midtown, Uptown and Solano.
