Phoenix is a very large spread out City, with many hidden treasures. Many people new to the Valley or even current residents do not know any but a few of what is available in Phoenix. The newsreaders never talk about where I live in very North Phoenix next to the Anthem Mall. On the way up here there are many hiking trails, great shopping and eating. Everything I read talks about downtown Phoenix and then makes it sound like Phoenix ends at the 101. But it dosen't ! It keeps going. Downtown Phoenix has much to offer in cultural museums, eateries, shopping and lots of other things. These can be found in all of the city, not just the inner city.

A complete City Map with highlights needs to be produced and distributed. The Welcome to Phoenix sign needs to be moved to Anthem Way on Highway 17 instead of at Pinnacle Peak. All of the locations of our many wonderful golf courses need to be mentioned more. More needs to be known about this area to draw more people to the entire area.
