Light pole banners are a great and cost-effective tool to help define and identify the many great neighborhoods that comprise downtown Phoenix, however they are only allowed currently in the Copper Square area and along 7th Avenue. Allow other downtown neighborhoods like Evans Churchill to install light pole banners.
