Persons in mobility chaird need the seats that go up on the Rail. It is my contention that unless the train is crowded persons should not sit there and if they see a mobility chair come in they should have the courtesy to get up. I also love the idea that whee I live in Phnx we have flat ground, and for mobility devices it is easy to get around. Transportation is accessible.
