On any given day the Light Rail has become more and more populated with bikes and bike riders - more than the 4 bikes a single car can handle. How about a third car that allows bikes only - no seats but more bike hangers and poles for the riders to hold onto.

This would encourage more bike/rail riders yet help allay a tension that is created when non-bikers have to negotiate around the bikes in order to avoid getting their clothing and possessions marked up.
