I would work in partnership with Four Square and build the worlds first foursquare park. I would encourage businesses to participate with the social media check in channel. The downtown area needs free wifi, and businesses to encourage use with specials and offers. Its a great way for people to connect, find happening places and get great deals. Businesses will benefit from clever promotions. Google had a city named after them, lets try four square. Its a cheap solution to get a downtown buzzing!
