Create an Entertainment District - either adjacent to or near the Convention Center and the ball park that brings night life to downtown. The district should include restaurants - high to low in price and elegance and dance clubs, music venues and comedy. That district should then have a CDC created with support from the City to generate interest and communication between these businesses - they would all be members of the CDC - some would be board members. They would be responsible for keeping the businesses open, the ideas fresh and the interest level in PHX high for downtown night life! Create a destination location for entertainment and THEY WILL COME.
