How about a communitywide CRIME Knockout Program: Ways to address all levels of crime 1. At Schools 2. Nursing Homes 3. VIA an internet KNOCKOUT CRIME IN PHX website for ideas 4. Those who are taking actions.. aka spraypainters and citizens who fix issues 5. Collate all the ideas and see if there is something overlooked.
