All home builders that bailed on their empty/unsold/vacant lots should still be held accountable to returning and completing the half-built neighborhoods they riddled Laveen with. We were all suckered into buying over-priced homes in Laveen and then when things got bad the builders just packed up and walked away leaving us with incomplete neighborhoods, higher crime rates, and less desirable housing markets.
