The question is this: What do the top 15 business establishments have in common? 1. Parking 2. Clean 3. Modern/New 4. Appealing MIX 5. Colors 6. AC/Misters 7. Events 8. Location 9. Signage 10. Patio's If you look at Arizona Center or any other lacklaster locations You can see all these items missing. Any newly approved businesses should be given "the checklist" of missing items. My big idea is to make sure businesses are aware of key items.
