Indianapolis has built the 8 mile Indianapolis Cultural Trail which "is a world-class urban bike and pedestrian path that connects neighborhoods, Cultural Districts and entertainment amenities, and serves as the downtown hub for the entire central Indiana greenway system."

They took a lane out of their extra wide streets (just like we have in Phoenix) and was built with philanthropic dollars. This can and must be done in the central corridor!
