Given the closeness of the Melrose Quirky antique district's permanance.. that is a great pitch for a Lazyboy etc.. to buy/build a store on Central. All the new apartments etc are another reason why a big furniture retailer would prosper on Central. Get your couch there and accessory on Melrose. It's already happenning.. just that people are driving elsewhere for the couch.
