The Phoenix Tennis Center has fallen into disrepair causing major tennis tournaments to be moved and held in Surpise and Scottsdale. This Phoenix gem needs to be overhauled so that future generations of tennis players can continue to enjoy good tennis right here in Central Phoenix!
