My pet peeve is the Cigarette Banner/Beer Banner corner store which hasn't been remodeled since 1971 ...yet has a key corner to an area with high traffic counts going by. Why not make sure codes for signage are enforced (removal). Paint projects are started. Lot clean up is encourage. Real Estate changing of hands is expedited to eliminate the whole issue.. aka GADZOOKS in an old gas station on 7th street.
