Partner with a solar company and ASU to create a 'Solar Park.' It would have multiple uses: 1) a shaded city park (thanks to solar panels) for residents to enjoy, 2) an indoor(?)/outdoor interactive learning exhibit to teach the public about solar power, 3) an innovation lab to create and test new solar technology.
