Some of our visitors are called vacationers, some tourists, some convention goers and some visitors. I don't know of any statistics that provide a breakdown of those who stay at hotels , those who stay with friends or relatives and winter visitors who stay in condos or apartments vs where they go while they're here.

Most of,the downtown entertainment area ideas state that they want all of the above categories of people plus residents to spend time there,

So far, none of the ideas appeals `to me, a resident,
as a reason to take my visitors to the district. So I think that the entertainment district plans should include a survey of each category.
