in three areas: (1) increase city workforce development funds to $500,000 (about $350,000) at present and ask MCCCD to match or exceed; (2) ask state government to appropriate $1 million for workforce development programs statewide, and (3) locate satellite MCCCD facilities in East Phoenix & Metrocenter.
