GAPT is situated across from the west end of Hance Park, just three blocks west of the Roosevelt light rail station. There are regular puppet shows for children, monthly "puppet slams" for adults, and a great shop full of puppets and supplies. The building is an old church adapted for use as a performing arts space, and the organization maintains a partnership with the nearby Kenilworth School.
