This isn't the first of Pita Jungle's restaurants near light rail. The original location in Tempe is across the street from the Dorsey / Apache station. Nevertheless, the Downtown Phoenix Pita Jungle is almost as close to rail since it is three short blocks west of Roosevelt Station. The restaurant has a street-facing entrance and a nice patio in the back. It all adds up to a productive reuse of the historic Gold Spot building.
