Roosevelt Light Rail stop has privately funded public art to contend with - the melted down guns that rise three stories called "Release The Fear".
Poignant, it serves as a very visible avatar for the work of the "Release The Fear" Foundation of which the sitting Phoenix Mayor serves as honorary Chair.
