"What Should Go Here" is a singular experience designed for a larger conversation about how communities are created and developed in what has been called by author Andrew Ross in his book "Bird on Fire," as "the world's least sustainable city." "The Lot" is important figuratively as a metaphor for (Phoenix) the Valley of the Sun itself. And, it is important literally as a piece of property that could reveal an answer about the future of development - an answer that emerges from the question, "What Should Go Here?"
