Took our friends to First Friday using the rail.

One panhandler, several loud drunks, a few homeless asleep. No security. My friends will never use the rail again.

I've seen the same panhandler on the rail several times now. So it seems there is no one to stop him enough times - so he gets a clue. I've seen hopped up druggies, people with loads of stuff taking up several seats or large areas on the floor, people with pets which you aren't suposed to have on the rail (not service animals). Sure there are rules, but there is no enforcement - so there are no rules.
