All along 7th Ave from i-10 to Central. It's a quick pass thru escape from downtown.. Instead of a connected nieghborhood, parkway it could be. It is not sufficient to say CENTRAL is highend but one street over is dead. Look at McDowell and 7th Ave with it's REVIVED corner.. I am suggesting a design of the street from Downtown to Central.
