Identify those transitional corners that connect AREA to AREA to strengthen and WIDEN the whole area. For example...Biltmore at Central and Camelback is ugly fence on one corner that should logically connect 2 nice high end areas.. Plant something there. Identify these abandoned buildings like Meateaster dead restaurant on Camelback and build a new CircleK. If just one change will fix the area then do it. Whatever is cheap quick and easy go to the front of the line.
